How soon will my order be delivered

We typically ship orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
Delivery within the Czech Republic is typically the following business day from the date of shipment.
Delivery to the Slovak Republic typically takes 2-5 business days.

Personal pickup

Yes, personal pickup is possible in Benešov near Prague, based on your order, the following business day. Confirmation and all information regarding personal pickup will be sent to you along with your order confirmation.

Do you include INVOICES in the shipments?

No, we send invoices exclusively electronically to the email address you provided.


What is the price in euros?

 You can select the currency CZK or EUR  in the top bar of our website.


Is it possible to return purchased goods?

Yes, you can return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days of purchase (during the Christmas period from December 5th to December 24th, this period is extended to 30 days). We do not require the original box, only undamaged goods. More information can be found here in the 'Return of Goods and Complaints' section.
